In our pepper store you'll find the bold eucalyptus notes of cubeb pepper and the famous spicy heat of Java long pepper, alongside the more delicate grapefruit aroma of Nepalese timut pepper. And our favourite - the incredibly rare Madagascan Voatsiperifery pepper. The variety continues with our salts: classic fleur de sel de Guerande, yellow curried Viking smoked salt, Persian blue salt, and mineral-rich salts from Hawaii - red alaea and black lava salts. Even cook on a Himalayan salt plate on the BBQ to sear chicken, or chill to serve salt-cured sashimi.
