Returns

Returns – if you’ve changed your mind

At Sous Chef we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

Occasionally though, we know you may want to return products you have bought.

You’re welcome to return non-food products in their original condition within 30 days of despatch for a refund.  Please note that unless the item is faulty, we will deduct a £3.00 returns processing charge from your refund to cover the cost of return postage and inspection.

Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns of food and other perishable items or of earrings for pierced ears unless they are faulty (see below).

Simply complete the returns form and use our Royal Mail returns service to return the item via your local post office, or arrange a collection by your local postperson.

Your returns form is available to download from the 'My Account' section on the website or from the link at the bottom of the order confirmation email.

Please ensure:

• A copy of your returns form is included in the parcel clearly stating the reason for the return

• Returned items are in their original packaging with no visible signs of wear or use

Please only send returns back via our Royal Mail returns service.  We cannot accept liability for items returned via any other method.

We will issue a refund to the original payment method that was used to place the order within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, less the £3.00 return postage and restocking fee.

Returns – faulty or incorrect goods

If you have received damaged or faulty goods or the item is not as expected, please contact us at hello@souschef.co.uk before sending anything back so that we can resolve the issue at no cost to you in the best way possible. We may be able to resolve the issue without troubling you to return the affected item.

Please include a photo of the problem in your message and let us know whether you would prefer a replacement, refund or repair.  Our customer service team will then seek to put the matter right as quickly and as satisfactorily as possible.
