Terre Exotique’s diamond salt with grater is a wonderful way to season shellfish, white fish and caramel desserts before serving. Formed more than 260 million years ago, these fossilised sea salt crystals are extracted by hand from the salt mines of Pakistan. 

Striking to look at and delicate on the palette, use these pink salt crystals with the grater to create a fine dusting of salt. Sprinkle the seasoning over scoops of caramel ice cream, slices of dark chocolate tortes, pan-fried white fish or seafood salads.
