Originating in Tellicherry - a town on the spice coast of Kerala, India - this subtle spice is fragrant with aromas of lemon and grapefruit. We love grinding it in a pestle and mortar then sprinkling over grilled mackerel, sides of salmon or fresh fruit salads.
