Description

Enjoy a Japanese meal in minutes with this spicy hot pot soup base. It’s 100% plant-based but with all the flavour of tonkotsu ramen broth. Tonkotsu broth is made with pork bones for a rich, meaty taste.

This soup base uses plant-based ingredients to create layers of spicy flavour. It gets its heat from sansho pepper and broad bean chilli paste.

Japanese hot pots are a fun and interactive way to eat with friends. Everyone can add their favourite ingredients to the simmering stock. Try adding tofu, sliced vegetables and boiled eggs to the fiery soup base.

Noodles are often added at the end of the meal. They will soak up all the flavours that have been building as the broth simmers.
