Essential Cuisine lamb glace adds fabulous depth of flavour to your dishes in seconds. The heavily reduced richly flavoured lamb stock is a magical storecupboard ingredient. Give your sauces and marinades tremendous richness and a great hit of flavour. The lamb glace has been developed by chefs for chefs. 

You'll find many uses for the Essential Cuisine lamb glace:

  • Dilute with water - 25g per litre - to make up a lamb stock for a richer tasting broth
  • Intensify flavours in braises and stews: stir a teaspoon into the sauce for braised lamb shanks, or a Lancashire hotpot
  • Intensify flavours in sauces & salads: stir a little lamb glace together with freshly chopped mint and hollandaise sauce to serve with grilled lamb cutlets, or use as a dressing for a warm lamb salad
  • Brush the lamb glace onto lamb chops just before serving for a richly flavoured and deeply coloured glaze

Ingredients: Lamb stock (water, lamb extract, vegetable juices (carrot, garlic, onion, leek)), maltodextrin, yeast extracts, salt, flavourings dextrose.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening. Not suitable for freezing.
