Essential Cuisine premier vegetable jus is a high-quality base for your gravies, sauces and broths.  A blend of vegetable stock, herbs and spices come together to create this glossy jus. Use the concentrated vegetable jus as a base for reductions and sauces. Or, pair the vegetable jus with stock to make an aromatic broth for noodles. 

Follow these instructions for preparing your vegetable jus:

  • Whisk or stir 125g of premier vegetable jus concentrate into 1 litre of warm water in a saucepan.
  • Bring to the boil, stirring constantly and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

This tub will make up to 8 litres of vegetable jus.
