Use the concentrated chicken jus as a base for reductions and sauces. Or, pair the chicken jus with stock to make a light broth for noodles and base for risottos. 

Follow these instructions for preparing your chicken jus:

  • Whisk or stir 125g of premier chicken jus concentrate into 1 litre of warm water in a saucepan.
  • Bring to the boil, stirring constantly and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

This tub will make up to 8 litres of chicken jus.
