Navarrico Fumet Fish Stock, 480ml


Choose Navarrico fumet fish stock when you want the great flavour of homemade fish stock in an instant. The concentrated fish stock, or fumet, is ready to use to give an authentic flavour to your paellas and Spanish stews.

Use the Navarrico fumet fish stock in our recipe for Valencian fideuà paella, or in this recipe for hearty Basque marmitako squid stew.

For best results, dilute the concentrated fish stock with a little water before adding to your cooking. As a general guide, the water should make up 10% of the total stock needed for a recipe. For example, if the recipe calls for 750ml fish stock, use 675ml Navarrico fumet fish stock topped up with 75ml water.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Ingredients: water, crushed tomato (tomato, acidity regulator: citric acid), onion, giant squid (4%) (mollusc), extra virgin olive oil, shrimp extract (1.5%)[shrimp (crustacean) and salt] (1.5%), fish-flavoured preparation (fish and seafood flavouring, salt, sugar, natural flavouring, tomato powder, garlic powder, white wine extract, carrot extract, leek extract), salt, garlic, paprika.
