Terre Exotique’s winemakers pepper blend ‘Cabernet’ replicates the fruity flavours of French grape, in spice form. Inspired by the Cabernet Franc grape variety, the Terre Exotique team created this unique blend of black and white peppers, rich with flavours of plum, wild blackberries, mushroom and nutmeg.

For the ultimate pairing experience, sprinkle this pepper blend over roast duck, rabbit ragu or venison stew, then serve with a glass of Cabernet on the side.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
