Description
Grated daikon dressing is a fantastic seasoning for soft shell crab, sautéed fish and grilled meat. It is made with roughly grated daikon radish, which gives it a pleasant 'crisp' texture. The radish is mixed with soy sauce and a little vinegar for a fresh and simple flavour.
Use it to flavour steamed vegetables. Or serve it as a dipping sauce for fried tofu. The delicate radish flavour is refreshing with sashimi and sushi, too.
