Flying Goose hoisin sauce is a popular sweet and sticky condiment for southeast Asian duck and pork dishes. Rich and thick, the sauce is equally good straight from the bottle or cooked into stir fries.
Hoisin sauce has an umami depth from soybean paste, with sweetness from sugar and added complexity from sesame oil and star anise. The sauce is perhaps most widely used with Chinese duck dishes.
