Gits khatta dhokla mix is a rice, lentil and wheat flour blend for making Indian savoury snacks. Khatta dhokla is a steamed sour cake, traditionally served with tamarind chutney. Combine this dry khatta dhokla mix with water, yoghurt and oil, then steam until cooked. Keep the khatta dhokla plain, or season the batter with ginger and green chillies for a hotter flavour.
Ingredients: Rice flour, Semolina, Lentil flour, Wheat flour, Salt, Sugar powder, Raising agents (citric acid, sodium bicarbonate) and Asafoetida.
