Handmade Noodle, 600g

Description

Handmade noodles are flat noodles that are ideal in soups and fried noodle dishes.

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add a little cooking oil to the noodles and stir well to make sure the noodles are all coated.

Add the oiled noodles to a wok with stir fried meat and vegetables, and cook for 3 minutes. Or simmer the oiled handmade noodles in a soup or broth for 3 minutes before serving.
