Pariani Burrolio pistachio butter is a natural vegan alternative to butter and cooking fats with a distinctive pistachio flavour. The spread is made from just two ingredients: pistachios and cocoa butter. The texture is just like dairy butter, but is dairy-free, gluten free, lower in cholesterol and has a great pistachio flavour.
Use the pistachio butter to lightly fry green vegetables and enjoy the subtly sweet and nutty hints of pistachio. The pistachio butter is great in baking, too. Use to make biscuits, sponge cakes and even scones.
Pariani Burrolio pistachio butter is a collaboration between Italian family business, Pariani, and an Italian olive oil producer called Oleum Sabinae. Both companies were looking at new ways to use cocoa butter, so they joined forces to work on a new range of ‘spreadable oils’. The result is a range of vegan, gluten free spreads made from cold pressed nuts and cocoa beans.
Ingredients: pistachio oil (43.2%), cocoa butter (28.8%), pistachio paste (28%). Allergens are listed in bold. May contain traces of sesame, soy, and milk.
