Pariani’s pistachio spread is a rich, nutty cream for patisserie work. Made by blending 18% pistachio nuts with sugar, milk and oil, the smooth, spreadable nut cream is delicious served on top of cakes, French toast or panettone for an indulgent breakfast.
Alternatively, fold the pistachio spread through mascarpone and use it to top chocolate cakes, or swirl through vanilla cheesecake mixes for a nutty twist on the classic dessert.
