Samphire in Brine, 330g


Samphire in brine – also known as salicornia – is a salty green sea vegetable snack for salads and sauces. Eat the salicornia as you would green beans, either cold or hot. To serve the samphire, drain from the brine and toss through salmon salads, stir through spaghetti or pair with brown butter sauces and drizzle over pan-fried sea bass. 

Ingredients: Harvested samphire, brine (water, salt, citric acid) 

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days.
