Spread Kalios red pepper mezze on flatbreads and crostini. It’s a delicious mix of sweet peppers and tomatoes grown in the Mediterranean sun. They are blended with olive oil and Katiki, a soft Greek cheese.
The spread is creamy and bursting with sweet pepper flavour. It’s seasoned with garlic, salt and a hint of chilli. Serve it as part of a mezze platter with dips, vegetables and pita. Or, use it as a filling for lunchtime wraps.
