This 100% emulsifier prevents oil and water from separating, ideal for dressings and sauces. 

When using sunflower lecithin powder is bread baking, it prolongs freshness, and in biscuits and crackers it helps the fat and other ingredients disperse more consistently, preventing the mixture from sticking.

Sunflower lecithin powder can also be added to rouxs as a thickening agent, perfect for indulgent macaroni cheese and hearty lasagnes.

Follow the below instructions for using sunflower lecithin powder:

  • Lecithin powder can be emulsified into liquid using a blender.
  • Dosage rates: 5-14 grams per 1 litre of liquid.
