Popping candy is made by adding pressurised carbon dioxide to crystalized sugar. When the sugar dissolves in your mouth, the gas is released to produce a surprising fizzing explosion.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose, cocoa butter, lactose (milk), carbon dioxide (E290).
