Glucose syrup is a versatile sweetener to use alongside sugar when making desserts, jams and preserves. Free from artificial colours and flavours, this simple liquid sugar improves colour, flavour and texture, as well as acting as a stabiliser. 

Use glucose syrup when making ice cream and royal icing to produce softer results, or to keep cakes spongy. You can also use this syrup to sweeten jams as well as helping to stop sugar re-crystallisation.  

To use, add the glucose liquid at the same time as you add the sugar in with your recipe.

Storage: Store in dry, cool conditions and not in direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.
