Pariani Burrolio olive butter is a revolution in dairy-free spreads. Most commercially available olive oil spreads are often a mixture of other vegetable oils with water, emulsifiers, salt and preservatives. But Pariani Burrolio olive butter is made from just two ingredients: extra virgin olive oil and cocoa butter.
The result is a neutral-flavoured spread that is lower in cholesterol to butter and suitable for a greater variety of diets. Simply melt over vegetables or use in your everyday cooking. The Burrolio olive butter is great for lightly frying vegetables in the pan as well as in baking. The olive butter is vegan and gluten free.
Pariani Burrolio olive butter is a collaboration between Italian family business, Pariani, and an Italian olive oil producer called Oleum Sabinae. Both companies were looking at new ways to use cocoa butter, so they joined forces to work on a new range of ‘spreadable oils’. The result is a range of vegan, gluten free spreads made from cold pressed nuts and cocoa beans.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil (70%), cocoa butter. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, soy, and milk.
