Description
Evaporated milk is rich and creamy - ideal for baking and thickening sauces. You can use it to make ice-cream, bread and butter pudding or a decadent tres leches cake. Keep a tin in your pantry for enriching overnight oats and fruity smoothies.
Evaporated milk has a similar texture to condensed milk, but without the added sugar. You can use it in savoury dishes like mac ‘n’ cheese and creamy soups and chowders.
