Caviaroli Arbequina EV olive oil pearls add a stunning pop of colour and exciting new texture to salads and canapes. The Caviaroli feel just like caviar, and burst in the mouth with the fruity, almost floral notes of Arbequina extra virgin olive oil.

Scatter the golden pearls over salads as an alternative to conventional dressings. Or carefully spoon a few pearls on top of canapes for an eye-catching garnish. The Arbequina Caviaroli are particularly good with salmon, white fish, artichokes, asparagus and avocado.

To release the full aromas of the olive oil, ensure the lid is tightly closed and invert the jar a few times before use.

Caviaroli make their range of olive oil caviar in Esparreguera, just to the north west of Barcelona. The intense colours and flavours open up new possibilities when it comes to the presentation of food and drink. Caviaroli keep their texture even up to 60°C, so you can even use them to garnish hot dishes.

Each 50g jar of Caviaroli contains 10-15 servings.

Store unopened in a cool, dark place between 10°C and 26°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated no lower than 6°C and consume within 1 month. Keep away from strong odours.

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, water, gelling agent: E401, stabiliser: E509, acidity regulator: E330, preservative: E202. May contain traces of sesame and nuts.
