Spanish marcona almonds are regarded as the best Spanish almonds, with a very high oil content for a rich flavour. The sought after, high-grade marcona almonds come from Catalunya in north-east Spain. These almonds make a fabulous snack, morning or afternoon, with a glass of crisp fino sherry.
