Valrhona Guanaja 70% is one of the world's favourite dark chocolates, bittersweet and elegant. The individually moulded chocolate chips are easy to weigh out and very quick to melt with their trademark Valrhona feves or bean shape. Valrhona Guanaja couverture has a rounded mouthfeel and balanced bitterness, from a masterful blend of Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans. The addition of Criollo beans brings a fabulous complexity from the world's finest cacao variety, though difficult to grow and which yields very little.
The bar's minimum 70% cocoa solids bring rich fruit, coffee and molasses notes which add complexity to your baking and chocolate work - to make the most divine chocolate tarts and ganaches.
