Fiasconaro coffee cream is an instant filling for luxurious homemade chocolates. Or spread the smooth coffee cream on slices of brioche for an extra special breakfast.
The distinctive bitter-sweet flavour of coffee is underpinned with a hint of nuttiness from hazelnuts. Drizzle or spread over a coffee cake for maximum coffee indulgence!
Fiasconaro was founded in Castelbuono, Sicily in 1953 by Mario Fiasconaro. Mario started out as an ice-cream maker and pastry chef, and his first great masterpieces were mountains of profiteroles. His three sons, Fausto, Nicola and Martino, began learning the art of pastry when they were children. Today, the three brothers still lead the company.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils & fats (sunflower oil, cocoa butter, safflower), powdered skimmed milk, whey powder, coffee bean (4.1%), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), instant coffee (2.1%), whey protein, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavourings. May contain traces of nuts and lupin flour. Allergens are listed in bold.
