Description

Belazu balsamic pearls are the perfect way to finish dishes such as salads, seared steak and roasted vegetables. The dark jelly balls resemble caviar and give your dishes wonderful ‘pops’ of sweet, sharp balsamic flavour. The vinegar is Belazu’s 1.17 Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP – which is one of the punchier types available.

Use the balsamic pearls to add a little excitement and drama to your dishes, and a burst of Italian flavour.

Ingredients: 85% Balsamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, (sulphites), cooked grape must), water, thickener: modified corn starch, firming agent: calcium chloride and gelling agent: sodium alginate
