Pure mikan juice is made with the Japanese mandarin, prized for its sweet flavour and juicy flesh. The mikans in this juice are carefully peeled one by one, to ensure none of the bitter peel is included. The juice is sweet and fragrant with very low acidity.
Enjoy the juice straight from the bottle, or use it as a mixer in cocktails. Use the juice to make a jelly or sweet mikan mousse. Try it in marinades or to flavour sauces for roasted duck, chicken or lamb.
