This mandoline comes with three types of blade for different finishes and slices. Use the fine tooth blades for fruits or salad cucumbers and radishes. It gives long and fine slices. The medium tooth is perfect for stir-fry vegetables, from carrots to cabbage. The larger tooth blades work wonderfully for chopping tougher vegetables such as onion and grated potato.

When changing blades, ensure the blade is correctly positioned in the grooves and that the screw is fastened securely/ if the blad becomes blunt unfasten the screws to remove it and sharpen careful. Use the edges of the sluced for small vegetables.
