What's the difference between nut paste and nut butter?
Nut paste and nut butter are the same! In general, nut butters are purely nuts ground to a paste. In some baking or patisserie books, you may see nut paste defined as ground nuts which have sugar added. But here at Sous Chef, all our own brand nut pastes are sugar free.
