Serve Pasta L’Antica organic whole wheat pennette with a rich San Marzano tomato sauce. The sauce will cling to the ridged tubes so each mouthful is an explosion of flavour. High in fibre and rich in nutrients, whole wheat pasta is a great choice for feel-good suppers.
Made with 100% Italian durum wheat, the quill shaped pasta has a firmer texture than refined white pasta and a slightly nutty flavour. It’s a great match for punchy flavours like garlic, chilli, spicy sausage and meaty ragus.
