Spiral-shaped fusilli is a family favourite. The twists and grooves are designed to trap sauces and ragu. Toss cooked fusilli with sun-dried tomato pesto for a speedy supper. Top with fresh basil and toasted pine nuts. 

Northern Pasta Co. makes their fusilli with British-grown spelt. The nutty flavour works beautifully with creamy, cheesy sauces. Any leftovers are fantastic in a pasta bake. The spirals crisp up under the grill as the cheese melts.

Northern Pasta Co. uses bronze dies to extrude their pasta. This is a traditional technique that gives the pasta its rough texture. It helps sauces to cling so that every mouthful is full of flavour.
