Morelli calamari is a stunning black and white pasta. Also known as calamarata, the pasta is shaped like squid rings. Morelli adds squid ink to give the black rings their dramatic colour. It also imparts a subtle briny flavour. Is this your first time buying from us?

Morelli uses an artisan method of reincorporating wheat germ into semolina. It gives their pasta a unique flavour and aroma, similar to toasted wheat.

Morelli pasta is bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. This is the secret to the rough surface that helps sauces to cling.
