Pasta di Liguria produces authentic, artisanal dried pasta in the Ligurian Apennine mountains. The Minaglia family uses traditional methods to create unique pasta shapes that have been enjoyed in Italy for centuries. Made from 100% organic durum wheat semolina, their pasta is high in protein and has a superior taste and texture.
