Radiatori has a short cooking time so it’s perfect for speedy suppers. Made with British spelt, the pasta is slow dried for maximum flavour. You can pair it with all kinds of sauces, from arrabiata to wild garlic pesto.

This unique pasta shape is great with creamy and chunky sauces. Vegetables and Italian sausage get trapped in the frilly edges. Try tossing it in a silky sauce flavoured with lemon, Parmesan and roasted garlic.

Northern Pasta Co. uses bronze dies to extrude their pasta. This is a traditional technique that gives the pasta its rough texture. It helps sauces to cling so that every mouthful is full of flavour.

The company was founded in 2022 by Imogen Royall and Matt Kenyon. Committed to sustainability, the pasta is made at their solar powered HQ in Cumbria. It’s packaged in paper bags with biodegradable windows offering a sneak peek inside.
