Hot wings seasoning is a tangy, savoury spice blend. Mix it with vegetable oil to marinade wings, thighs and drumsticks before cooking. Whether you’re baking, frying or barbecuing, your chicken will taste incredible.

Designed for poultry, the spice blend includes paprika, black pepper and garlic powder. There’s a subtle chilli kick, but it won’t overpower the flavour of the meat. For best results, leave your chicken to marinade for at least 30 minutes or ideally overnight.

You can use hot wings seasoning as a dry rub or mix it with oil or yoghurt. Make sure your chicken pieces are completely coated while they marinate. You can serve your spicy wings with a cooling dip like ranch or blue cheese.
