Mill & Mortar sources its salt from the Salina de la Fortuna salt lake in Alicante, Spain. The delicate flakes are infused with dried porcini mushroom granules. The mushrooms give the salt a nutty, earthy flavour.

Add a sprinkle of porcini salt to scrambled eggs and sirloin steaks. They add the woodsy flavour of wild mushrooms to marinades and sauces. This flavoured salt is delicious on arancini and root vegetable gratins.

Porcini salt enhances all kinds of mushroom dishes. Use it to season mushroom soup and truffle mushroom pizza. Or, use it as a finishing touch for mushroom risotto.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
