Try using a single drop of lavender essential oil in sponge mixtures, biscuit, fudge and ice cream. Dip a cocktail stick in the essential oil, and stir it into wet icing to infuse with lavender flavours, or use a small drop in summer fruit compotes served with yoghurt.
