The oil is protected from light-degradation by the illustrated outer cardboard box, and contains an inner three-litre bag filled with oil. Just press the push-tap to easily dispense your oil. The large 5 litre and smaller 1 litre and 2 litre Greek extra virgin olive oil are packaged in beautifully designed tins, keeping the oil safe and protected from light-degradation.

Honest Toil extra virgin olive oil is extracted within hours of the harvest to produce a raw oil with the freshest flavour. It is unfiltered, so contains the sediment from olive skins and pips that gives it an opaque, rich green colour and thickness. Its light peppery spice is balanced beautifully by cut grass flavours.  

The simplicity of the pressing process means that no nutrients are removed or repurposed, and no other oil or preservatives are added. The oils’ immediate extraction means that acidity is incredibly low, with each bottle registering between  0.2%-0.3% on the acidity scale (with 0.8% being the legal requirement for it to qualify as extra virgin). This simple, grassroots journey from grove to bottle results in the purest, freshest oil possible.
