Essential Cuisine Vegetable Stock is a deep, rich flavoured powdered cooking stock. Used by professional chefs, each gluten free pot makes over 6 litres of vegetable stock for perfect casseroles, risottos, soups, gravies and sauces.

Essential Cuisine Vegetable Stock has a lower salt content than many other brands offering a true balance of flavour and depth. To make the vegetable stock simply stir a heaped teaspoon of stock into 500ml of boiling water and add more stock according to taste.

The Essential Cuisine Stock range includes Beef, Chicken, Vegetable, Fish, Veal, and Lamb producing restaurant standard results every time.

Ingredients: Water, onion, carrot extract, tomato, celeriac, herbs, garlic, spice, salt, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, yeast extracts, sugar, flavourings, vegetable oil. Contains celery.
