Yutaka’s wasabi powder is a highly-concentrated vibrant green powerhouse. When combined with water it transforms into a pea green wasabi paste in seconds, adding instant punch to sushi, dressings and soba.
Simply combine cold water in a 1:1 ratio and use the resulting wasabi paste straight away.

The Yutaka brand began life as a Japanese restaurant 35 years ago. They've fast become the leading supplier of Japanese restaurants gaining a reputation for authentic, flavoursome food which is reflected in the meaning of 'yutaka' - 'good harvest.'
Ingredients: Horseradish, mustard, corn starch, wasabia japonica (2%), acidity regulator [E330], antioxidant [E300], colours [E100, E133].
