Yep Kitchen garlic chilli oil is flavoured with dried chillies from Chengdu, China. It’s hot and garlicky with a powerful umami finish. Use it for cooking or as a finishing flourish for noodles and steamed fish. It will become your go-to flavour boost for all kinds of dishes.

Cold-pressed rapeseed oil is infused with chilli, ginger and lots of garlic. Mushroom powder and soy sauce add to its rich, savoury flavour. A spoonful will transform a stir fry sauce or a dressing for Asian slaw. You can even drizzle it over pizza and fried eggs.

Designed with garlic lovers in mind, this chilli oil is great in dipping sauces. Mix it with soy sauce and black vinegar to serve with steamed dumplings.
