Description

Odense nougat is a block of Viennese hazelnut paste for baking and using in desserts. It’s a classic ingredient in many Scandinavian recipes, such as traditional oat squares topped with a square of the nougat. 

The nougat has a soft set, so it’s best stored in the fridge before use to make it easier to handle. Use it to give nutty sweetness to cakes, cookies or sweet buns.

Ingredients: Sugar, hazelnuts (33%), cocoa butter, lactose-rich deproteinized whey powder (milk), cocoa mass, fat-reduced cocoa, emulsifier (e322), natural vanilla aroma.
