Fleur de Sel de Camargue is a hand-harvested finishing salt, collected from French salt marshes between the Mediterranean Sea and the Rhone River Delta. The irregularly-sized crystals, raked off the surface of the seabrine, are laced with natural minerals providing full, complex flavours.
Use the Fleur de Sel de Camargue as a finishing salt – the crystals are large enough that they don’t dissolve into dishes straight away, so create waves of rich salty flavours in the mouth. The Fleur de Sel de Camargue is particularly good with fish, grilled vegetables or used for salted caramels.
