Dried Smoked Round Noras Peppers, 35g


Ñoras peppers are small, round peppers that are lightly smoked and dried over oak fires. This process intensifies their fruity, earthy flavour which adds umami richness to a variety of dishes. In Spain, ñoras peppers are used in the production of paprika, chorizo and romesco sauce.

Use these dried peppers to add mild heat and smoky flavour to Patatas a la Riojana - a classic Spanish stew of potatoes, chorizo, garlic and caramelised onions. You can also grind or crumble the peppers to add to paella, braised lentils and Mediterranean soups and stews. They are particularly good for adding depth of flavour to vegetarian dishes of slow-cooked beans and pulses.
