Yutaka’s Hon ‘real’ wasabi paste has a clean, subtle sweet wasabi flavour - fantastic for sushi and sashimi making. Made with 65% fresh wasabi grown in Shizuoka, Japan, the premium paste has a more delicate flavour than other fiery pastes.
As well as adding on top of sushi rice before rolling, this wasabi paste is great added to dressings for seafood salads, or pair a little with white chocolate to add a gentle zing to ganaches.
