Donabe-Style Clay Cooking Pot

Description

Donabe (‘earthenware pot’ in Japanese) are pots made from a type of clay so sturdy, that it can sit over an open flame. Measuring 18cm, this durable clay pot – with simple decoration on top – can be used for stews, hot pots and rice bowls.

Clay pots cook food gently and ensure even heat distribution. Once it’s taken off the heat, the pot cools down slowly, allowing the flavours of your recipe to really develop.

Dishwasher safe.
