Perello Lechosos large chickpeas are large creamy pulses, perfect for adding to soups, stews, or blitzing to make hummus. They have a rich nutty flavour and a very slight lactic flavour - Lechoso translates as 'milky'.
This set of four tins is the perfect way to stock up your cupboard for weeks ahead.
These plump Spanish chickpeas are wonderful added to broths for extra texture, or blend with tahini, olive oil and lemon juice to make smooth hummus.
