The Greek Farmer Signature Salami was one of those products that stopped conversation briefly during a tasting. The texture is surprisingly tender for a cured sausage, with warm spice from cumin and paprika running through the richness of the pork. Thin slices disappear very quickly alongside cold beer, olives and sharp cheese. 

Despite the name, The Greek Farmer is actually a British producer using Greek-inspired seasoning blends. One of Sous Chef's buyers discovered the range at a food show and came back talking mostly about the texture. After tasting it ourselves, we understood why.
